I cannot get the Xbox (Beta) app on Windows 10 (I just updated to the latest version and rebooted and power cycled everything) to connect. I have also tried it with the Xbox wireless (on 10.0.1.58) with no change in results. The Mac is on WiFi (it's a MacBook Pro) and the Xbox One is wired. My router is an Apple Airport Extreme (newest 802.11ac model). I can ping xboxone.local via IPv6 and 10.0.1.57 via IPv4 and both get 0% packet loss, latency of around 4 milliseconds. My VM is set to bridged networking, and the VM is on 10.0.1.56.
